Payment Policy

  • We must receive full payment 7 days prior to travel. This means any cheques must be cleared before 7 days of travel.
  • If a customer makes a late booking, i.e. makes a booking less than 7 days prior to travel; payment is required in full at time of booking.
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT.
  • Accounts can be set up with monthly itemised billing. Payment is due 14 days after invoices are issued.
  • On Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, New Years Eve and New Years Day a 50% surcharge will apply to all bookings.
